AcuMix

1. Who we are

Gndsoft LLC (“Gndsoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AcuMix as part of the Acu Studios product family. Gndsoft LLC is responsible for the practices described in this policy.

2. Audio processing

When you choose an audio file for stem separation or chord analysis, AcuMix uploads that file over an encrypted connection to api.acustudios.com. It is used only to provide the analysis you requested.

Uploaded audio and generated analysis files are stored temporarily for processing and caching, then automatically deleted after the applicable processing period. We do not sell uploaded audio or use it to train advertising profiles.

3. Pseudonymous identifier

AcuMix creates a random identifier on your device and sends it with analysis requests. It is not derived from your name, email, phone number, or advertising ID. We use it to operate the service, apply limits, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot requests.

4. Files and information stored on your device

The app uses system file pickers and media APIs to let you choose audio and save your custom mix. Preferences, credit balance, purchase status, and previously rewarded transaction identifiers may be stored locally on your device.

5. Ads, analytics, and purchases

Free versions may use Google AdMob. Subject to your consent and platform settings, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived coarse location, ad interactions, and technical information to deliver and measure ads.

Firebase services may process crash reports, diagnostics, and limited usage information. Apple and Google process purchases; we receive product, transaction, and entitlement information, but not full payment-card details.

6. Your choices and retention

Where required, the app provides consent and privacy choices for advertising. On Apple platforms, App Tracking Transparency applies before cross-company tracking. You can choose not to submit an audio file and can remove local app data by clearing storage or uninstalling, subject to device backups.

To request deletion of associated server data sooner, contact support@gndsoft.com with the relevant request details available to you.

7. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law.
