1. Who we are

Gndsoft LLC (“Gndsoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AcuVideo as part of the Acu Studios product family. Gndsoft LLC is responsible for the practices described in this policy.

2. Account information

When you create an account, we process the email address and authentication information required to sign you in, secure the service, and maintain your account.

3. Uploaded videos and project data

AcuVideo processes the video files, text, templates, settings, and rendering instructions you submit to create outputs. Your content is stored only as needed to provide upload history, processing, downloads, security, and troubleshooting.

You retain ownership of your content. We do not use uploaded videos to train public AI models or sell them.

4. Service providers

We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, and optional analytics providers—including Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google Firebase—to operate and improve AcuVideo. These providers process information only as needed for their services.

5. Deletion and requests

You can delete items from upload history or delete your account through AcuVideo. For privacy and data requests, contact support@gndsoft.com.

6. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law.
